Front Office Staff

The front office staff members at Peterborough Pet Hospital are vital to our organization. These are the staff members that meet you and your pet when you come in for a visit. They maintain the appointment schedules and they are your first contact when you have questions about your pet. Get to know the friendly faces behind our front desk here.

Cindy is our office manager and has worked with Peterborough Pet Hospital for over 15 years. She shares her life in the country with her husband and five dogs -  Pixie, a 4 yr old Old English Sheepdog,  Beau, a 6 year old Cattle Dog cross,  Jazzy J. a Jack/BeagleX rescue from Ohio,  Ripple the Whippet who is 2 yrs old and the newest addition Astro, a Pom/Chih/Yorkie who is 6 mths old

Cindy and the dogs are members of the Hot Diggity Dogs Flyball Club and Performance Team, which performs in demos and fairs across Ontario, and competes in Flyball tournaments across Ontario and Quebec. Cindy is also a Certified Dog Trainer and teaches a "Surviving Puppyhood" class Tuesday evenings at the hospital. Call the hospital to speak to Cindy for all your puppy training needs!

This is Suzie. Many of you will remember her from years ago when she started at Peterborough Pet Hospital as our Kennel staff. She has now rejoined out team part time taking on front office reception duties. Suzie loves every aspect of her job here at Peterborough Pet Hospital and says it's more like her home away from home.

She lives here in Peterborough with her  son, Braedyn, other "fur-child", Sammy, a smart, energetic Jack Russell - Chihuahua cross.

Heather has been with Peterborough Pet Hospital for five years and is part of our front office team. For over twenty years she has made a career out of working with animals, including working at the Animal Emergency Clinic in the Durham Region.

Heather is pictured here with her entourage of 4 cats, Mister, Mamer, Missy and Quincey and her nine year old Bernese Mountain Dog Laurin.

Heather enjoys working with the experienced and caring team at the Peterborough Pet Hospital. They have become an extended family.
